Dewasa ini kebutuhan akan hunian yang layak terus berkembang dengan pesat. Laju pertumbuhan penduduk yang semakin hari semakin bertambah, pertambahan ini tidak di iringi dengan penambahan jumlah lahan yang sama, hal ini mengakibatkan nilai lahan, dari waktu ke waktu kian tinggi harganya

Beberapa pelaku property akhirnya menyiasati dengan beragam jalan, pembukaan tanah kavling yang awalnya dulu, dijual dengan luasan yang cukup luas, dewasa ini berkurang dengan signifikan. 

Teringat salah satu dialog, yang terjadi saat  kami mengantarkan salah satu user untuk membeli tanah kavling yang Kami jual.

AY.     : Silakan dicek bapak/ibu? lokasi kami.

User.  : baik pak, ini lokasinya ya pak?

AY.     : Betul bu.

AY.      : untuk blok A luasan 82, untuk Blok B luasan 72 dan C luasan 60 sedangkan untuk blok D luasan 48.

User.   : untuk blok D luasan 48, berapa kali berapa? tanya user. 

AY.      : Untuk blok D, 4 x 12

Nampak user sedang berpikir sejak untuk masalah luasan. Menyadari hal tersebut kami lalu memberikan beberapa penjelasan agar mudah di mengerti calon user.

AY.      : Betul bapak/ibu, memang demikian, bapak ibu tidak perlu khawatir walau luasan 48, 4 x 12  kami ada solusi agar saat dibangun nanti bapak/ibu bisa menghuni dengan standar kesehatan.

User.   : ogitu ya pak?

Sambil kami menunjukkan beberapa desain ke user, nampak user merasa senang, sedikit berdiskusi antara suami istri tsb, hingga beliau memutuskan untuk mengambil kavling kami. 

User.   : baik pak, kami pesan blok  ini 2 kavling pak, buat anak kami.

AY.      : terima kasih pak, bu atas kepercayaan kepada kami
